In order to celebrate the great achievements of the Korean soccer team in the World Cup Soccer Games, SK Telecom holds the `Korea~ Free Call Festival` that provides free calls up to 200 minutes to all 011 and 017 cellular plus TTL/Ting customers who subscribe to the service in July.

On the 1st of July 2002, SK Telecom announced the opening of the "Korea~ Free Call Festival" that provides free calls up to 100 minutes to all 011 and 017 cellular customers who subscribe to the service in July. This festival will be held to celebrate the great achievements of the Korean soccer team in the World Cup Soccer Games.
All 011 and 017 cellular customers who are new subscribers to the service during the period of July 2nd to 31st, will be provided free calls up to 100 minutes, while customers who subscribe to TTL/ting services, will be offered an additional 100 minutes of free calls. Customers who subscribe to the service with second-hand terminals or prepaid cellular phones can not participate in this event. The free call volume will be deducted from the domestic voice call rate billed in August.

All cellular rate plans offer a certain amount of basic free calls. When subscribers spend all of their basic free calls, they can enjoy the free calls offered by this festival. There are no additional application procedures to receive the free calls of the festival.
